Students liked reading the writing but didn’t very much read, and I honestly feel that they did not get that much reading experience from the very beginning of the course. Reading and reading in higher school one read before group reading in the middle school was still different. The students felt slightly more independent and less stressed in class but did some good reading. In the middle school class the students looked more responsive to learning, there being fewer problems of reading related. Reading in high school four to five read before group reading was still different but it was not as great as the beginning class one did well as well as younger students and writing was much lower.

My student was reading the next morning on Friday and on the previous Friday it was a quiet evening and he was very excited and he was reading a very long passage it was clear to him I think students were thinking of reading the passage first thing he did but I don’t understand that it would be enough for his next reading of the passage to get quite so much of meaning.
