In addition to taking part in the ‘Reassignment from Self Effect to Self Effect in the Student Learner’ conference, students took part in the 2017 conferences in Manchester and St James’s, and were also given the ‘Preparing for Self Effect’ education course for teachers. The conference is part of a long-term partnership between the University and a number of local and regional education authorities and organisations including SAGE, COSMIC, NME, CPSN and the City Colleges. As part of the 2016 conference, the school’s partner the Public Schools’ Association joined in Scotland for the 2017 conference.
