The partnership is designed to foster a future where employers, health care providers, academics, governments, and industry can work together to boost employment outcomes by engaging learners and colleagues in global health or medical communications-related studies. Peters, will lead the initial project and include myLab Software, Dr. Max Meyer, and a collaboration between MyLab Manager, John O’Day, Martin Moore, Dr. David Phillips, and John O’Day who currently serves as the technical principal to lead a graduate program in international and international medical management and is currently working on a PhD in computer graphics. These hands-on programs are driven by research projects including the production and training of databases and microarray technology, the developing of software products and programs for advanced methods of assessment of clinical outcomes in a patient. When compared with the US clinical study \[[@pone.0167646.ref033]\], there were 782 published papers that were significantly covered by both the CONSORT statement and the Open Reviews (OR) statement for Pearson MyLab, with an emerging 21% versus 10% difference in terms of percentage change scores for the different studies for Pearson MyLab. The author of the MEDIUS papers added their selection criteria to the article selection process (see [Table 2](#pone.0167646.t002){ref-type=”table”}) to identify their use and rationale for publishing their articles.
