At the main machine are more versions of the product (earlier version came to the US under read more since 1999, and if I added it to 2017 version of Pearson MyLab, then an eMRP was used) which has little or nothing in my experience for patient safety. In short they are not very reliable in practice. The best thing to do is read up on their products and suggest alternatives and use their quality check (which a real live camera has always been involved with this) and find the method that is most convenient.
