We asked all interested students to provide personal and professional advice to their peers about their interprofessional teamwork, practice, and development. An app was developed to convey the student feedback of myReadiness profile to both HPC staff and students using the Pearson MyLab MyReadiness Test (see [Figure 1](#fig1-2233022119893764){ref-type=”fig”}).
