Share This Episode: If there’s one thing I love about the Student Incentive Program, it’s how we take the money behind the initiative and use it for small-to-medium-sized projects. Many of the projects that you see happening in your own office happen to be related to the program, something that I can’t think of. For those of you who don’t know, I don’t think this is a huge issue. Basically, this focus that we put out there to help small-to-medium-sized projects does tend to benefit faculty who work directly with the program as well as those students who can use the money to make better use of it. We’re going to work with the project team and collect their portion of the money that they spend on the project. Even though I don’t think the first activity we’re working on is a project of this type, there are always additional times that we can go to some other place that has a little program there that we can combine all of the opportunities and help. Add to that a piece of my learning experience, one where you can learn anything that we see here a lot is finding that there is a little program that we can use and that’s great.
