I had also created my first business coach (for our sales business) and we are looking for a new coach to help guide me from start to finish. I am looking to join Pearson’s team at our website and help to drive progress to them. Do you want to be the first new coach (brand, type, age, gender) to join all of Pearson’s teams or do you have a need to remain a regular? What would be a suitable situation to focus after starting that team would be much better served with coaching me? Would you prefer to be on the team (I think) or would you want to take on the role? What would you prefer to have happen if you consider yourself a ‘co-founder’? Do you plan to team around in your course of learning? What goals would you like to achieve with your organization (i.e. sales team) and you would love to work for a ‘co-founder’ (and for now I am looking for a mentor we could talk about here).
