It also shows examples of how the strategy, even in the context of a single project, can significantly improve implementation and better practice. We agreed, for example, that PACS and PAP services should consist of: a multi-criteria approach to design, implementation and resource sharing, and strategic prioritization, and support for the provision of services and resources; and an evaluation of existing initiatives and other initiatives where PAP services are not feasible.
