This is a program of my department whose mission has been to improve student learning, and improve their performance by helping students to find critical insights that influence their work. I have performed many different studies and lecturers on subjects with methodological challenges of science and engineering. Students are given an aptitude test and assessed in different disciplines such as science, engineering, information, mathematics, ethics etc. The outcomes of these tests are a new way for students and students to apply the methods in their school. My lab focuses specifically on helping students find the analytical methods. In this chapter I will bring from my lab several articles and a series of videos which represent the academic community in which I apply my technologies and teaching methods. Through these activities I hope to gain closer understanding of one’s performance on empirical domains and set objectives which relate to the principles and practices that I teach students concerning my research and the application of those methods. In 2016/2017 I received the Departmental award from F.S. University of Michigan for Science and Engineering Excellence. This award was to include “Student, Mentors, Trainers, and Science Visited” which was given to the student who achieved a national standard in educational outcomes measured through a single objective that sought to predict the grade it was expected to receive for its exam. I am optimistic that our lab community could be moved beyond where it is today by conducting surveys of students’ abilities and attitudes, and developing methods of measuring the skills and knowledge they want to acquire. By the end of the semester you will be able to complete the survey and receive an award from F.S. for Science and Engineering Excellence. The first award was awarded to one year after a year that was ended when one student did not pass a science test in a calendar year.
