In this e-learning book, my lab-based learning intervention, which tackles the diversity challenges of online classrooms across national and alternative classrooms targeting students from underserved communities is presented, along with my three-part collaboration project incorporating my lab-based learning model. After this book detailed the methods I implemented for each of the projects intended to fill in the gaps identified and to advance my teaching-based work, my lab-based learning intervention is discussed, including many ideas for improving classroom skills and development.
