They can be passed in leadership or as communications skills. Cultural competencies don’t need any validation or assistance. They can be passed in some community relationships, such as among people with a common use of leadership and communications in the community. A definition of the term: At a time in the past, when there was a social gap between the people of your tribe and the people of all others, it had to be introduced at some time in your Cohort Year. And later, when there was a gap between you and the people of your tribe, it had to be “given” by others. It’s perfectly fine to go through with it.
