It is therefore crucial to look into the impact of the change of the professionalís first job position on his first year in the HK hospitality industry. The result of this analysis is the following. The effect that the “working professionals” position has on the number of years working in the hospitality industry is based on how much work a professional has done on his first year in the hospitality industry. This is a critical aspect of future positions in the hospitality industry, because it leads to the number of years working in the hospitality industry that is higher than the one in the HK hospitality industry. The difference in the number of years from the employment of professionals to the number of years working in the hospitality industry are significant. To make the change expected, the factors that are assumed to produce positive effects should generate the desired negative effects in future positions.
