This book describes my experiences working with Pearson MyLab HVAC before implementing their HVAC modules in an instructor-training program for 10-year or low-income institutions or organizations. I have known Pearson for about 6 and have worked with them exclusively for about 6 months. Both OBS team members have successful recruitment efforts and establish strong links to Pearson (and their technology-based data collection and analytics) team members – but can also provide valuable opportunities for a role- developer or CEM-system architect/technician.
