Materials and methods We conducted a qualitative pilot study, which was done in September 2017. The study group consisted of eight students of Pearl River City (i.e., Pearl River University) between 18 and 72 years of age, who had received primary nursing practice experience and major practice education for over 5 years. To accomplish the research feasibility, the participants met with researchers from the Pearl River City (i.e., Pearl River University) by phone, email, internet, group meetings before the general inpatient unit, a written letter (to be given at the hospital), and a postal questionnaire (containing both the demographic data and the basic operational elements of the course). In order to quantify the quality of the service provided, the survey followed a mixed method. There was no gap in terms of the quality of education since the survey had at the beginning only eight interviewees. Therefore, the survey was conducted in August 2017. The qualitative data were collected in full because it was selected over the course of the study. The first person (PR) invited a new person who had not previously been sent the survey.
