We first compare the PANSS and Pearson MyLab Nursing Grade Scale values for each nursing grade scale in 2007 and 2011 and review the scale results using Pearson Mann-Whitney U-test, multiple linear regression, ordinal logistic regression, and chi square tests. This analysis suggests that the mean Pearson MyLab Grade Scale values of each nursing grade scale increase from -−0.09 to +0.08 when conducting parallel measures, to +0.12 and +0.07 when conducting parallel but differently based measures, respectively. Further research is needed to investigate whether these increases are primarily driven by skill development knowledge and awareness.
