Based on a specific training schedule, and based on the individual’s presentation characteristics by class teachers, the workshop consists of a short mini-course for the student to complete, at a specific time and place. They incorporate information about their proposed training exercises, and all other relevant details such as test data and technical materials. In addition, the training continues with other exercises as needed and activities implemented by Pearson’s trainers. Each student is given three days of training where he/she is instructed on the skills, techniques, and habits of the class teacher, to identify important errors in the course’s content, to find associated techniques, to learn by trial and error, and to make changes regarding the quality and speed of the learning process.
